I have a 25 inch hydro 3674 lepard 100 amp esc 2- 3000mah 3s 25c today both batteries puffed and smoked does anyone know why? The boat was fast motor and esc where cold baterries almost in flames

i ran my 25inch hydro today it has 3674 lepard 100 amp and two 3000 mah 3s 25c packs. Both packs puffed and smoked motor and esc where cold why did batteries blow
