It goes onto the lower pin, i.e. the signal pin.  The top two pins are the neg. and pos. power feeds.  If I remember correctly this is for adjusting the gyro gain.

If your talking about the plug with the single wire from the gyro, yellow wire on my gyros, it goes into the "gear" slot on the AR6115E which I believe is channel 5.
