P3313 - Did not have any flutter worries. On larger planes such as this one, I seal the gaps on the elevators using same orr similar colored covering or clear packing tape. That has worked for me....

Zippi - Had an order into Tower and had the same info. I called "Wings & Wheels" mentioned earlier in this thread. As a result, canceled my order with Tower.

You might consider calling them....

Something I do that hasn't been mentioned is to wipe the heated area with a soft cloth. I have a sheeps wool mitt ?? that works great. This assists the material in adhering to the framework.
