i think the brushless out of a sv27 is 1600kv. maybe keep your eye out for something like that.

try ebay for a used rec. should find an old am rec cheap. but if you have the money pick up a new radio with rec. FM type or one of those fancy type ones

ok here are some pictures. excuse the roughness.

Plans are to fill the forward section with low expanding foam after wood sealing. then deck then fiberglass the whole thing. it was built...

I went to the LHS and got a new set for the rx and tx. I suspect it was the Tx crystal. THe rx crystal was a GWS one.

I just picked up a used Sig Cadet mrk 2 .40 with engine. The wing wasn't included (maybe a crash ?) they included the plans but the ribs were cut out Thats all ill need to make the wing...

Sim for sure. I just picked up the G2 and i think it will be a great training tool. It was expensive but may save me money in replacement parts when i get a heli :)
