I just installed the asp 1.08 on a laser 200. Had the same issue the low end needle is not set for crap back it out 3 turns bet you my next paycheck it starts.

I have tried many after run oils and i think the best and one of the cheapest is marvel mystery oil. i buy a bottle and it will last for years.

yes its a kit its the goldberg annivesary cub kit 76.5"wingspan and the motor is a magnum .52 4 stroke. will be plenty of motor for the cub. And to all who are not aware hobby people...

Thanks its comming along slowly finally ordered the engine for the cub today got a sweat deal on it at hobby people. Planning on Maiden Flight in late Jan.

I Have that same motor on a jetsett44 f-18 which came out to 21oz ready to fly. I fly with a 8x6 apc prop on 3 cells and it flies it just fine not unlimited vertical and about 45-50...

GWR I have a park 400 4200 6.6 gearbox 1320 thunderpower 3 cell swinging a 10x7 eflite prop. Plenty of power vertical to the moon if i could see that far. Or you could go with a park 370 4100 on 3...

The Eflite Gypsy is a very well built and very stable plane. It would make a perfect second plane I would not recommend it to the beginer if you do not have any building or covering skills.

You are right about the motor's in the kit being underpowered. I would put a super 400 or cobalt motor buddy has one and he runs a cobalt in his and it flyes just fine. Or if money is no object go...

E-Flite Gypsy

I have just recently bought the Eflite Gypsy and let me just say no more parkzone. I love how this thing fly's very responsive and plenty of power i am using a gws 350 motor with a 730aaa nimh pack....

speed 300 motor

I want to get some opinions on what speed 300 motor brushed everyone thinks is the best. The two major things i am looking for is reliability and power. Any input would be appreciated Thanks.

If you want more stable and better built planes go with E-flite Gypsy or Funtana 3d. They are more rigid and fly where you point them. I have never been a fan of foam planes at all they are too lite...
