Go to the local sign shops, fast signs or any of them. They will load you up with scrap sign vinyl usually for free. I have been known to check the dumpster out back of the fast sign places too.

I'm ready to take the odds into my own hands and bet against the game. I have noticed there is some sort of pattern to it. If you get a low pair on the draw you will have a low pair after the deal....

I'm using cutting board (could be called teflon) in my project. I guess it would all depend on how thick it is. I've got the 1/4" stuff with two pieces sandwiching the gutter and it is plenty sturdy....

I have found that a few power off hand glides helps in tail screw adjustments. Just tweak it a little until it glides down gently onto the belly. You may want to check and see if your motor angle is...

I will use the Firebird boom and tail together. I was wondering how to fix the crashed Aerobird. I got the dents out of the fuse but the boom was missing. I'll check with the LHS for some fiberglass...
