s9254 servo

hi all
broke one of the gears in my futaba 9254 tail servo.
cant remember how to put gears back in.
anyone know where to find that info.
futaba website does not have it.

the flybar controls everthing.
the fly bar should be level with the ground or boom when your cyclic stick is at neutral. once you get it into the air then you can trim it out.

actually
the micro helis(i have a hummingbird) are fixed pitch.
they do not have true cyclic pitch( where they main blades change pitch cyclicly)
and they dont have collective pitch at...

several things you have to check for.
gyro in correct position( manual shows). check for correct tail rotor rotation. mine was not correct so i had to reverse the channel on the transmitter. make...
