Rest assured in the long run this will cost them a lot of future business. It's already cost them at least two shipments I know of. And Like AmishWarlord said 40,000 views a lot of people have seen...

Good luck with that. I know it works in some regions better than others, for me I stick to the people who handle freight all the time these days.

Denny yours saga regarding the horror story about GH and their shipping saved a friend of mine from a similar fate, so others have already benefited from your posting.
PayPal is another issue...

After setting up automated processing systems, most companies have found the the amount of claims they pay have been reduced by over 95%. lol:D
