I backordered my forks from tower a couple weeks ago. Still haven't gotten them. They look nice. How do they help the bike?

Damn!! Sorry to hear that. Hope it didn't damage anything else. Are you saying the oil steering damper works at normal speeds?
Is the stock system ok with 3s?

Does the bolt thread all the way thru the axle and come out the other side? If so did you do this on both axles? I would like to do this to the rear axle for sure.

I just ordered the Oil Steering option for the DX450 from towerhobbies. There was no picture of it so I dont really know what it is exactly but Im hoping for some sort of dampening on the steering....

I did play around with turning the bike. I can get it to do nice figure 8s and such. But Turning wasn't my only complaint about the bike. Its one but major complaint is the Forks and way it handles...

Duratrax sells an optional part called a "Steering set oil" Do you think this is their version of a damper?
Also, Should I take out those weights in the gyro you mentioned in an earlier post?
