Take that little string off and replace it with a airplane propeller....and I bet you would need to give it a real good tune...

That is great but as that DAengine breaks in it will need some fine tuning...they all do. Now if that guy says his DA out does anything around without any tunning...he is kinda BS...ingfor sure....

Just as soon as I sell a brand new in the Box Saito .82. 4cycle engine. I told Larry not to run his Saito .82 ..cause they sound so neat I may put mine on a profile airplane...instead of selling it....

OK....Now the engine is all fixed up....how is it running????? Lest get more feed back on that. It seems like a lot of thoughts are expressed here....but the end results it seem is not talked about...

Larry...I know what you mean. The right 3 guys is just about right....when flying. As far as this "Got burnt 20cc thread....I am going to skip the rest of that one.

I ams sure this debate could go on forever....Right? Also I am sure ther will be a complete new engine built that will surpass anything out there now. That is the way...

Tired old man must be tired! He is right about DLE20 ...they do have ball bearing cranks & needle bearings on the rod...but so do a lot of weed eaters, leaf blowers, chainsaws, and most small power...

Some of the DLE engine have very hard piston rings and do take longer than normal to break-in or seat good. I replaced the ring in my DLE30 with a Frank Boman custom ring...sure did the trick. Best...

I guess I missed the part where you said you was 5 min into the flight. Sorry about that. Now the RPM should be the same down wind as up wind...unless your diving the plane somewhat more. The speed...
