Default regulator question

I just bought your smart fly standard adjustable regulators and I have a question. The regulator has 2 inputs and 2 outputs, do I have to use both connections? I have regular switches and was told that this will not work and the voltage won't be right. Is this true? The plane is a 40% Extra running 2 switches 2 batteries 2 regulators and 2 receivers with a total of 15 servos. Thanks!

Default RE: regulator question

Hi,
You can use just one of the inputs but I would suggest you use both of the outputs to your receiver. The reason is that it provides a dual current path and will reduce the voltage drop though the wire and connectors into your receiver. The result will be more torque from your servos. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
