Default Dual Battery Regulator Differences

What are the major differences between the turbo reg and the super reg? I know the turbo reg has high continous current capability and a fan...just wondering if there were any other differences?

Default RE: Dual Battery Regulator Differences

Hi,
The TurboReg can handle 17.5 amps of continous load while the SuperReg can handle 7.5 amp continuous. The TurboReg has dual regulation transistors with a common control circuit. This does not make it fully redundant but the two transistors help share the load for reliability. Other than that they are very similar.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
