Hi,

whatOctura prop size / pitch for this setup, and what kind of propelleris better to have minimal torque effect, small 3 blades?Motor is a CC1717 1580kV

On 6 cells with that Kv, an Octura X447 would be about right. A smaller prop would cavitate and twin rudder add lot of drag on a surface drive, CG placement play a big role in how the hull will ride. Out of curiosity, is the old ice rink still going on in Boulogne Billancourt......Used to be in the ACBB way back then!

My neighbor has that hull with the X447 and it runs nicely.

I'm running a 41" mono on 6s2p with that motor as well except i am running a hydra ice 240 with it (not a fan of pushing esc's to there max voltage) and i am running a x447/3 with it. Good speed and temps. Motor can handle more prop, but the best all around prop  I found for sport running on my setup was the x447/3.
