Well the setup I did wasn't to basic because you need to shave off all the stock mounting plastic off the bottom of the hull which IMO it's a good idea. Then I glued two 1/16" sheets of ply to the hull and went from there. You will need a flex shaft with this setup as there will be to much angle with the stock shaft. What motor are you planning on running? The setup I had was pretty heavy, I was running a 3674 leapord 1900kv motor with a 160amp aqua star esc and two 2s 45c 5000mah batteries and it sat really low in the water.

Does anyone have a website for replacement parts? I need a motor mount or maybe a larger motor and a motor mount to fit
