Axel would this cooling rung fit these motors?? for 20 bucks a motor I will give this a try. but need a cooling ring for sure.

got a question guys. had these outrunners in another boat. plan on useing them in the xcat to get my speed up. will the 120amp turnigy esc be ok? and who makes a cooling block for a motor this size.

No they are to smal bolting space must be 25 mm

The motor has not enough rpm evan on 10S

Hi Axel so if I go with an in-runner what should I be looking at. not worried about useing OB. looking for speed useing stingers. Thanks Craig

Craig for same Power output you have to use double to three times the weight of the motors. I would stay with Outrunners.
If you want to stay with 6S

Hi Guy's I have ordered tp power 4040 9d motors and 6s 5000mah lipos for the xcat. these little cats are amazing. the new setup will make it run really nice. Thanks to all who helped out. Axel check out my twister cat. it will be 36x13x7.5 will have the same 4040 motor on 6s. both will be a blast to run. will finish up the plans this weekend. just to cool

new setup on my xcat. it screams!! luv it. two TP 4060 9y on 6s. 180 amp esc and a servo with 334 oz. of torque. such a cool cat!!
