Default Bought a boat

Well I bought a traxxas Spartan ,I kinda wanted a cat but once those are upside down your done ,the new roll over tech on the V hulls is cool but the traxxas dosent have it ,the main reason I chose this one is that the local hobby shop can help me with the learning curve ,I'll keep you posted if these are quality boats or not ,most of their cars and trucks have not been up to par with the top brands but I had to pull the trigger so here goes ,

Unless the guys at the hobby shop run boats, they won't be able to help you. It would be like having a someone that works at a convenience store trying to hep a NASCAR team with pit stops. There's a lot to learn when it comes to boats such as when and where to use trim tabs, what kind of prop works best and how to balance the boat for the best running
