add me guyz
ok

Maybe it will not be so bad. I have a cottage up north as well. Traffic is not that bad in the evening or mornings. It used to be much better 5 years ago. I guess the lake gained popularity through the years.

I checked out the 3 point hydro outrigger in your gallery. Looks very nice. Also looks a bit faster than the mini shovelnose.

lol thanks
i have to update my gallery
the boats have all a new paint job so what you see other then the mini hydro and the sail boats are diffrent !
and yes that 3 point outrigger will be a kit but it is going to have some changes (hint ( size width and it will look way more modern and stream line !))

but there is good news for the cottage it might not sell cuz the reson why WE are trying to get out of there is because that it was built befor the bylaw said u cant build 20 feet or closer to the water, so litery cuz the place was built b4 that law was in place we are litery 5 feet from the water !!! and that mean we have to pay a great deal of the money to have it and cuz we go up wekends its not "worth " it but when ppl see what the taxes are they wont want to buy it
so it look like it may not sell
