you obviously dont like brown nosers and neither do I. Many forums have this happen, but why dont we drop this, since both parties have valid points. You were offended by the brown nosing and theyre offened by you calling them on it. I'd elaborate, but lets say I know what your thinking munky. Now I'm sure I'll get slack for saying brown nosing, but come on, offshore electric is great, steve is a great guy, but even steve may get tired of the compliments once and a while. I've never talked to steve but received great service, which is what one should expect from any reputable company. He's a business man, plain and simple and he's good at it.

again, I'm not refering to any specific person, but when you look at a thread like this, you get certain impressions.

Steven and OffShoreElectrics really sucks! They ship my orders too fast and it always arrives before I'm ready for it! Every time that I have a question about something on his site he'd reply back in just a few hours...I really hate that! You know what’s really over the top?...He even goes so far as to talk to you over the phone to help a fella out! Can you believe that! [sm=punching.gif]

I am too not ever now going to order anything from him again tomorrow! [sm=spinnyeyes.gif]

I bet you two fellas really got something to offer! Just don't hold back ok! You're off to a great start with the popularity contest![sm=thumbs_down.gif]

wow, okay, I don't know if I can go that immature, I thought my reply was not offensive, in fact I really tried not to be. I've even replied to a similar thread with good things to say about steve. Why are you so arguementative. I was merely trying to explain his side. whatever I'm not playing this game.

I don't come in here too often, at least as much as I should but I have yet to hear a bad word about Steve and I can't say anything bad about him either. He goes out of his way for the R/C boater. Ever been to www.rcflix.com ? Yes, that's his site also and does it for FREE for the boaters and it can't be cheap to keep the site going.
TrunkMunkey, I did see your posting which you deliberately mis-spelled Grimmie. I know Mike personally but even if I didn't, he is one of the few people working for any R/C boat manufacturer on this site that wants ot know if anyone is having a problem with their products. How many others do you see in here that are manufacturers or rep's, not just dealers? I don't know if Steve makes his own aftermarket parts or has someone do them for him as I've never asked.

With people complaining about sales, service, etc. from other dealers or manufacturers, it's good to see some threads about someone who is a credit to the hobby/sport.

I didn't even notice that I misspelled Grim's name. I meant to say grimmy ,grimmie or whatever, and really haven't said anything dirogitory towards him, even when a lot of others have done so and nothing was said to them.Ron ,if you thought that, why didn't you pm me first, instead of going off half cocked ,I would have been happy to go back and fix my mistake. If you have a problem treating me fairly,I will be happy to move along.

Wonderful thread folks! I'm considering a venture into a boat utilizing some orphaned spare parts from my aerial interests and knowing OE is a reliable vendor takes care of one of my concerns. Thanks for propping up the reputable folks!
