Pretty cool. Looks like an MTI (real life boat).

When you're talking Arnesons, would they be fixed, steerable, trimable, or both? THAT would be interesting.......

they would probably be trimable and thats about it steerable on a cat isnt exactly easy. I havent decided whether they will be trimmable manually or rc.

Shocker.
I will be using two Speedmaster Stinger Struts
And i have a idea to make then adjustable by rc. They adjust by a screw rite, Well i will be soldering on a .098 flex shaft to the head of the screw and then run it into the boat and to a servo that has been modified to rotate all the way around. So this way the flex shaft will run on teflon threw the hull and to the screw and drive the screw up and down VIA modified servo. there fore adjusting the the trim of the boat!.
i havnt decided to use two servos or just one and use a gear

Nice Taylor, I've been dreaming of power trim. I hope that works for you. Intresting way to do it.

Taylor, it looks like you may be on to something here. Adjustable trim via a 360 deg servo.
I like the idea as I have a F1 tunnel that could use trim adjustments on the fly.
If you have a minute or two do you mind puting something on "paper" and posting it here. I am sure that I am not the only one who is interested in this concept.
I am a frustrated engineer that has so many ideas and so many solutions, your plan sounds good and will be of use to me. I am fine with mechanics and electrics, but spinning a servo through 360 via a Rx is not my game so please show us how to do it.
Thanks, Simon.
