Default KB45 XL for 1/8?

Hello Everyone
I just learned about the KB45 XL motors recently and I have a question. Are they fit for 1/8 scale boats?(40"-45")

cuz I compared the size specs and they seem to be very similar to the lehner 2250.

you would be pushing it for sure. But yes it could quite possibly fit a 1/8th scale if it was light enough
such as the velacso hulls would work and some HM

Would it be better to have a KB45 1000kv in a 1/8 with more cells so that there's more torque?
