Default Good Stable 50 mph boat!!!!

I have a gas miss budweiser proboat running 41 mph, and some supervee's running 42, but still cant break 50! Can anyone tell me off a good setup to run fast straight line speeds. I have 3 supervees, a 7L motor and a 9xl motor, a hydra 120 esc and two 2 cells lipos and two 3 cell lipos. I also have a 37 inch nitro rigger being converted to electric. What motor can I buy to acheive this goal?

I'm doing a 37" hydro right now w/a feigao 540 10XL. But for more torque a kb45 XL would be better.

I just don't have an interest in them currently. And when I say hydro I mean the miss budweiser type.

So a 10 xl motor will give me more speed than the 7l and 9xl.

you would prolly be fine with the 9xl, but the kb motor would be better, and 50 is a lot easier to acheive with one

So let me get this right, I run the 7L with only a 2s pack? And the 9xl motor will give me more speed than the 7L? And what is a KB and where do I get one?

The reason why the 9XL will give you more speed is because you can throw more voltage into it and use a much larger prop than with the 7L. A 7L with a 2s pack won't even move a boat that size.

In general, as motor size increases power potential also increases.

For 50mph...hmmm. The SV open record is 49.9...don't use the SV, word is that they aren't capable of 50mph, and even if they were, you're thread title says "Good Stable 50mph boat", which the SV is definitely NOT. The proboat is not really made to go 50 either, so you're looking at the rigger.
your 9XL on 4s or 5s in the rigger is the quickest easiest way to get to 50mph. Details like prop and strut angle/depth will are what will get you there "Good" and "Stable".
50 mph+ stability is more about tuning the boat than throwing power at it.
