i need to clear a few things up before i take my mini cat racing micro hydro for its first run tomorrow,

the esc says it is good for 2s-3s lipo and i am using 4s, the esc has LVC for lipo but im not sure if it will work on my 4s ?

if it doesn't work how can i tell when to bring the boat in, i know the minimum is 3v/cell for the LVC but what about when not under load when measuring with a multimeter

i am only going to run it like this for a little while until i can get a low voltage cutoff thingy, could someone recommend one, i want one that pulses the throttle or something like that when the power is getting low

and also for anyone that has this boat when i plug in the batteries it goes beepbeepbeep-beep-beep-beep-beep, i have programed the esc but that beeping makes me think i didn't do it properly but that particular sequence isn't in the instructions?

if it is good for 2-3 s then it is only good for 2 and 3 s. you will blow it on 4s.
its going sending out tones because you possibly have damages it by over voltage.

i know of at least 3 other guys that are running 4s in it with the standard esc, and the esc says 5-15v so a fully charged 4s is only 1v over
