Default UL-1 is diving into the water!! Please help!

Hey guys
Tried two 7.2v 4500 nimh packs in my new aquacraft UL-1 superior while I'm waiting for the lipos to come (yes the cells should be able to take the amp draw) but the front kept diving into the water as soon as I pulled the throttle.

I tried different throttle levels but it kept doing a nose dive into the water.

I lowered the turn fin a little bit and I raised the angle of the strut upward but the front kept going downward.
I even put one of the packs to the back of the boat to make the back heavier but it still had the same problem.

Each nimh pack pack is nearly one pound and the lipos that are coming soon are turnigy 2S 5000mah 20C, each is 284 grams (10 ounces).
(There's a flightpower pack that was suggested in the manual that's 268 grams (9.45 ounces))
So with the turnigy lipos it would be 12 ounces lighter.

The packs are placed in the very front next to the sponsons:

Any other things I might try besides different battery weights and hardware adjusting?
Maybe even shift both the nimhs to the back of the boat?

I just ran my UL-1 for the first time yesterday and it ran great. I think your problem is that the batteries you are using are too heavy. When you get the lipos try throwing the boat froward into the water and at the same time hit the gas or with the boat in the water hit the gas really hard until it gets up on a plane. All the hydros I've tried have to same problem.

what is your strut depth set at?
and set the strut to 1-2*
also keep the turn fin straight

if you punch the throttle and hold it, you should get up to plane...

I run mine with 5200mah 30c packs and it rocks!
