I am building a 19" Predator Outrigger and was wondering if I could use this strut and rudder for it?

The rudder length might be a bit on the small side. The depth of the strut might not be deep enough. I'm not positive it would work but you might be able to get away with those components.

Today I just ordered a rudder for my 19" Predator Outrigger. I hope it will work with my boat. its the boat off the Pro Boat Widowmaker.

I was wondering if this strut would be ok to use on my Predator?
