Chipped one blade off my 30mm plastic prop this afternoon at the pond.
Good thing I have a spare 30mm prop.
Still waiting for my Octura props. . . .

Here's a video my friend took on my 2nd run. . . .before my prop got clipped. Too many floating debris!

Here it is autumn but it feels like winter. It is very very cold (and early dark after noon) so after my work I am not able to run the bolt.
In the weekend I wasn't able to run it because it was raining all day long.
It is way too cold here, but every time I see it I want to run it so I guess I am going to run it soon

This isfor the Venom EKOStwin prop boat - picture below.
If you're ordering, make sure you get the "LEFT" prop pictured here.

UPDATE: Propswe can use . . . but I think that the 35mm props (in red) are too much . . .

Venom 432 prop = 32mm dia. x 1.4 pitch - 3mm shaft
It's fairly cheap at $3+ each.
Or you can try the CNC version - aluminum and Pro - if you've got the cash!

I will upload other props we can try with the Bolt . . .
Including 4mm props we can try if we use a prop shim. (4mm o.d. brass tube).
i can not see any boat props on that site at all

only thing you would need this spacer.

@wilsta67 - the Venom 32mm props are on backorder. Even at the Venom website . . .
check here:http://www.venom-group.com/itemdesc.asp?ic=1981]

As for the ebay prop you reffered to, if I am not mistaken, that's an Octura X437/3 - (37mm diameter, 3 blades).
If you're asking me, I wouldn't recommend it for the Bolt. I could be wrong.
I think that 35mm dia. is the biggest I would consider trying. If I do this, I wouldprobably change toa lower Kv motor than stock.

One way to find out is to actually test it in the Bolt. Care to try it?

Bear in mind that the bigger the prop, the higher Amp esc you will need . . and a torquier, lower Kv motor. . . . because . . .
Big props = huge ampdraws!

@Yura - The esc is not here yet.Uusually takes 3 weeks- 1month to get here. []
I don't know if it's the same unitas nickster has but the price has gone up a bit.
I just checked Ebay I think Force-Control and Mikingstore (where I got mine) is one and the same.

I received my ESC finally 1 week ago.
It was necessary to open a case for the transaction because the seller wasn't responding and the item wasn't arrived.
So at the very last moment the seller responded and I was promised to get a refund. I had the esc ordered again on ebay (I think it was a different seller) and I received this one very fast.
and also the other esc arrived.

So yo have paid for one but get 2?
If so you should pay to seller you have asked for refund

Have you problems with 1st seller "force-control"?

Now 2 sellers available:

and

Price about $25
Can't choose which to order... ESC definitely the same. Difference is only in seller and seller's proposal to different countries (1st and 2nd links).

@Yura - I believe they're one and the same seller.

@nickster - I have bought a few items from ETTI. His items are a bit pricey but they're well made.

Carakter, that is a 4mm prop and won't work on this boat. I have both the 32mm and the 37mm versions here for another boat.

The 'search this thread' feature isn't working for some reason. Can anybody tell me just what this stock esc is? (brand, Amps, Volts) and how to program it. It may not be worth using with a 32mm prop.

The Force Control 60A ESC and the Venom 32mm props are here . . though I have been pretty occupied lately. This confirms my suspicion, Force Control and Mikingstore is one nd the same person. I must say that i did not expect it to be huge and heavy!

sundogz- I have not test fitted the Venom prop. It's just sittting in my drawer. I will have to check if they are loose fittingon the shaft, I'll get back to you this weekend.

Stock Small Bolt ESC specs: watercooled, 30A, 3S . . . though some have tried 4Swiththe stock 2604Kv motor.

Still have not gone to the nearby pond (pond in my video)as we're awaiting the release of our new permit from City Hall.
