Batteries C vs Sub C?

So if I can get them for about the same price, why not go with C size and more Amps? Are there any other differences other than the small difference on size?

I found C size batteries for like a dollar more for a set of 10 and 5000mAh vs Sub C at 3800mAh.

Any thoughts on this?

They are bigger and heavier

And in many cases they may not deliver the amount of current needed as their C ratings are usually quite low.
