Batteries C vs Sub C?

So if I can get them for about the same price, why not go with C size and more Amps? Are there any other differences other than the small difference on size?
I found C size batteries for like a dollar more for a set of 10 and 5000mAh vs Sub C at 3800mAh.
Any thoughts on this?
