Default cable gap

what is the correct gap between the drivedog ahd rear of strut using zen with clutch the cable wound up tight against the rear of strut when motors were startedthanks

About 1/8-1/4" is fine usually.

The longer the cable length, the longer the gap required. I run 1/4" on my hydro & about 1/8 on my mono & cat that run round collets.
