Depends on the Hobby Shop. Some might, most can't. I wouldn't trust the work to just anybody unless you want it trashed out.
Unless you're going to get really serious about racing, I wouldn't bother.

was your engine brand new or had you broken it in also how much more speed did you get out of it after it was done,and the all important question,how much did it cost?
