Default AC Hydro/Rossi 45

Hi All,

I just bought the AC Models hydro pictured below. It has a new Rossi 45 in it and I am trying to find out what model the hull is as well as some information on the engine. Can't seem to find any information from the net.

Also when it starts its idling way to high then stalls after about 4 seconds.

All help greatly appreciated as always

Hi,Try turning your main adjustment screw.it sounds like to me she is running to lean.adjusted it to about 1/2 to 1 turn out and try that.also you may want to check your glow plug and see if it's working well?If not then replace that too.Whats your nitro mix are you running it with? Is that a new boat?If so how much did you pay for it?I like that hydro. oh this is the hydro you were talking to me about!!! So you'd finaly seen the light and gotten a hydroplane boat!!LOL!!!

I agree with it running to lean. It seems to heat up way faster than it should. I will give it a go tomorrow. I run 40% nitro with Mcoy 9 plugs. No its not new misshydro but it is in good condition. I paid $465aus for the lot. And yes I have seen the light but don't worry I won't be giving up my monos anytime soon.

Wow 2.2hp at 25000...Thats a little bit disapointing for a 7.5 I was hoping that they would be up around the 4 mark like the CMB 45's.
Thanks for the links Ron.
