In reply, lets throw a few questions your way:
1) What water conditions do you plan to run on? Glass or slight rippling is about the max for the TS2, SV37 can handle much more chop
2) Is racing a priority? TS2 is designed for racing in a couple of classes, SV27 isn't
3) Which would you rather maintain, a longer, easier to access shaft in the SV27 or the short and totally enclosed one in the outboard?
4) How do you feel about chasing flipped boats? The TS2 is considerably more prone to blowing over than the SV27
If you answer these questions HONESTLY, it will probably point you one way or the other. If all else fails, there's always the Atlantic Tug

good points... im going with the tug! j/k lol. ripple chop most likely, or it will be by the time im done with it hehe. no racing here, just bashing. easy is always nice! but im a greace monkey so w/e if i had to i would take the ouboard apart... as for chasing i have a real boat i am taking on vaca with me, 14ft fiberglass with a evinrude 9.9 (15 horse carb) and have my pco card so chasing not a rpoblem... i think im going with the sv27 boys buying one bright and early tomorrow morning... pce out and thanks for the help ron and hydro.
