Default Blackjack 26 Pro Boat

Does anyone have a Blackjack 26 pro boat?

I'm looking to purchase one and I'm looking for any problems someone might have had with it.

.15 motor conecting rods like to break!![:@] Plus the drive joint sink on ice, they like to break all the time too!![:@]Some guys are changing motor to the.18 O.S or Aquacraft .18 too. Theres some parts you can get after maket for the drive train.[8D] If I was you for the money and better motor get the thunder cat that proboat make,It has a .32 motor=big block. Plus I havent head anything bad about the drive line too.Theres a 80 page thread on that boat to help you on upgrades and speed inprovments!!!

Thanks for the feed back.

What do you think about the new Blackjack 26 brushless EP coming out this month?
Do you think it could be faster then the nitro Blackjack 26?
Maybe all I'll have to do is change out the drive joint system.

The catamaran 26 looks like it would have great speed due to its weight.

Ok, I'm new at this and I'm sure you know the ins and outs when it comes to nitro boats.
I have a Super-V27 brushless now and it is super fast. I found out the pond the club is going to race on won't permit nitro boats only electric.

Other than the Super-V brushless what other high speed electrics do you recommend?
It sounds like you are heavy into nitro high speed boats but I hope you can help me here.

Thanks for your input.

Thanks for all your expertise.

Wow the video is the bomb.

I'll give it a try and if I have to change out the drive system I will make the modification.

The stock propeller is 1.6x2.5" that may needs some modifications also.

This was a great discussion thanks for taking the time to help me.

God Bless
