Default Almost tuned, won't run at WOT

Miss LLUMAR, .15 dynamite.

It will crank right up, idle great, and when I blurp it to half and 3/4 throttle, it runs great. When I hit WOT, it dies. I can even run it in the lake at half - 3/4 and it's fine. The second I gun it, it dies. What needle would help with this? I assume it's starving for fuel??? I'm almost there!!!

Any help would be great!

Thanks
CJ

I would think, that if it is idling good, and getting good throttle response on shore, that you are running lean.

Normally a boat that acts right on shore, is too lean for the water. So I would richen up your HSN and see how well it runs.

I agree, mine did the same thing,WOT it would fall off the pipe and die out...richen hi-speed needle 1/4 turn c-clockwise,you'll find it harder to keep lit unless you constantly blip to half-throttle,but that is OK,it WILL clear out on the water.....

great advice! exactly what I needed. I'll try to richen up the High Speed first and see how that works.

Thanks!

I found out that it was my fuel tank sucking air somewhere. As soon as I put in another tank, runs perfect. Crazy!
