Anyone ever do a tutorial or FAQ on taking apart or repairing the AMPS lower legs? I have 2 of them that I could use a little help with. I have them apart as far as I can go.

Thanks in advance,

Kevin

You have bad luck with UPS too.I received two hulls shipped through UPS from Florida and both had damage, but since they were both old hulls that aren't made anymore I decided to not turn them in for a refund and just fix them. After that I always ask how a seller is shipping and if he says UPS, I say to them that I don't want UPS and I ask them for the size and weight of the box and do a return shippment label with Fedex.I've never had one that I shipped or have had shipped to me by Fedex that was damaged.I know others have had damage, but seems less than UPS.

ORIGINAL: 4square

So as it goes, I bought a Starcraft CPS20 AMPS boat off eBay a couple of months ago without seats. Thanks to Special K lending me his set of seats I now have a mold capable of producing seats.

I have made a few improvements on the original design along the way.
1.) the seats are now lighter than the original
2.) I have eliminated the seam down the middle and added carpet texture for the floor
3.) The seats now FLOAT!

The seats are constructed with 6 oz of fiberglass mat on the bottom and rigid expanding foam on the upper. They can be painted or left in the original white color.

I have also made replacement wings made out of white plastic
well i started back on the this nightmare [:@] my AMPS 1/4th seabold hull .. had to start over from scratch . the plug got completely destroyed . .. but now the new one is coming along good
