Expect VERY slow flight! But, be forewarned, with such low airspeed, the controls will be somewhat "mushy" and when it does finally stall, you need to be ready with plenty of throttle to recover. That said, I love using it! On a windy day, you can actually fly backwards! It also makes for super easy and soft landings.

Crow will make the Ultra Stick balloon up a bit so program in a little down elevator to compensate.

Yup - it balloons with a pitch up at the nose and slows down REAL quick! Give yourself some altitude until you get used to it. It can make for a real slow downline on the vertical ... nose it over and watch it not pick up speed!
