Allow HTML in Signatures

Hello,
I know that your signatures are not supposed to be blogs
but I think that allowing HTML into signatures, such as [img]address[/img] etc...be a pretty good upgrade to the forum. Im pretty sure that I'm not the only one who believes too...

Because the threads on RCU tend to get rather large and there still are a number of people on slower internet connections, it's something we've decided not to do to help keep page load times fast.
