Default Building my first Heli

Yesterday I picked up my first align trex 500 Esp 3G. I have only looked at the instructions, any advice for building first heli?

Lots of good resources, videos... Heli freak has the finless bob videos which will help. Set the head properly ensuring proper blade angles erc... Everything is important. Locktite all metal to metal parts.

You will need some help tuning the head. As my good friend at the LHS sez, "you can build a FB heli out of the box and it will fly. But.. with a FBl, you will need help to tune the head to get it right."

He would know, he is 30yrs old has been flyin'em since age 12.
