Hey,
I am really looking into getting a T-Rex 450. I think I want to go with the S version. Would it be smarter and cheaper in the long run to get the Aluminum body or the Carbon Fiber. I have a little heli experience, but I am pretty sure that I am going to be crashing it alot. I have read that the aluminum body could warp, but it seems like the Carbon body would crack since it has no give. any advice?
Thanks,
C5

Follow the gut feeling you have and the wisdom you mentioned above. I have 450SA and have had sveral crashes soe of which were pretty bad, but the aluminum frame is still intact. Like you said, it will be more expensive to replace aluminum parts versus plastic parts since you still learning.
