So far I have done a lot of flying with the Blade CX2 and I am now finishing assembly of the T-Rex 450 SA. I've used, and continue to use the RealFlight 3.5 simulator, but what I'm wondering is whether there are any good rc helicopter flight training videos that would help when I attempt the T-Rex.

YES!
First off... Good RADDs Model Flight School. He has a few videos but mainly its read tutorial on the steps you should take to minimize crashing, and to get ready for real flight.
Sims are a great tool. They help most with learning to orient yourself to the craft.... so you can learn nose in, and side in flight... like its nothing. I used Realflight for about 8 months, and recently got Phoenix Sim, its a big improvement... comes with a 450 se model, as well as a Mini Titan E325.
Second... Check out Helifreak.com, and look at Finless Bobs Setup Videos. It has its own section at that site. Its primarily setup videos, but they are thorough, and very informative.
Good luck!
