Default trex questions

hey guys, a few questions....i have the trex450se v2 and was wondering what are you guys getting for temp readings on your lipos after a flight? one 2100mah lipo i have gets around 140F and the 2nd one gets around 150sF...does that sound about right? what temp are the batteries safe to? my motor gets about 130F. also ive been thinking about getting the dremel tool and making alittle notch in the tail shaft because ive been having a problem with the tail spinning and it hits the grass or something and the shaft will spin and i have to keep tightening the little screw thats between the tail blades. would this be a good idea/bad idea?

I think 140F is about the upper limit for battery longevity. Mine usually come down at about 120, and my motor just about 110 with ambient at about 75F.
