I accidently deleted all my heli settings in my DX7 when programing my new fixed wing nitro and now with the same setting the tail is wagging real bad, I noticed the main tail rotor drive gear(the one attached to the main gear) is warped a bit more then usual, so my question is do you thing the the warped gear could be causing rpm fluxuations enough to cause tail wagging? thanks in advance!

Nope mine are warped on both my birds.
Check that there is no slipping by holding the tail blades and giving pressure to the main blades.
Check your gyro tape is holding good.
Check your gain.
Check your tail blades have full throw in rate mode.

on mine the shaft was bent, tail belt was shaking inside the boom and the vibration caused drifting. To compensate for drift I raised gyro gain, and got a lot of wagging mostly when climbing plus some drift.
