depends on your setup. motor , esc, lipo, headspeed, pinion , blade size, the list goes on and on. what are you running with? i have a trex450sa with the align 430xl and align 35x with the justGOFLy 450F with 11t pinion and the 325 blades, with the thunderpower 25c 2200mah I will get 3000 rpm with 5 full minutes in idle up. in normal i will get 8 minutes max.

430L; 35G ESC; TP 2200 25C; 11T; tached at 2760 rpm at 0º pitch/82% throttle center stick; +10/-10 range, th curve 98 88 82 88 98.

I have the DX6i's chicken timer set to 4 minutes. I fly for 4 minutes, land. Make adjustments if necessary, fly for 4 more minutes. LVC, set to 9.6V, never kicks in. It will kick in if I go about 1½ - 2 minutes over the timer.
