Homebrew 6%, 18% aerosave, stock muffler w. deflector, modified 12,25x3,75 apc = 14200rpm.

I took 5mm off the tips with my starter battery...

Ohhhhhh. This was one of those unplanned field modifications; aka a screwup. Do you recommend this mod for 12.25x3.75 props?

The aerodynamics of propellers is a somewhat grey area to me, but i recon you should use a file or sanding block instead!
