Hi Simon,

We are wrapped up except for producing the instriction manual. It will likely be released to the market in November. Worth the wait.It is a very cool airplane.

Not yet, but it will be possible soon. Then you can preorder through your LHS, or from Horizonhobby.com, however the LHS will probably get one a little sooner.

Mike,

Any chances of finding out what power system you flew in yours at the ETOC? I'd like to get those items bought now.

Thanks,

Wiz

I was running the AXI 2208 26 at the eTOC. A good outrunner in that class is the best set-up.

Well, I'm in luck then. I happen to be running that exact motor on my Shockflyer with a 2S lipo pack.

Thanks Mike!

Mike, I was looking at the pics. of your T,4D at the E-TOC. Q, Can the battery placement apply to the T,4D as with the E-LITE Ult.Bipe.

John,

The Tensor is AWESOME! You kinda have to retrain your thumbs a little but its very easy to get used to. It does some very cool things.
How about Rolling Harriers with no rudder input? Want to change roll direction in a rolling harrier? Just move the aileron the other way. Keep in mind, you still havent touched the rudder yet...

I have 2 on order!

The battery location in the Tensor is very different than the Ultimate. It needs to be high in the Ultimate to get the correct vertical CG. The Tensor layout is very different, must more symmetrical, thus the battery does not go as high is it does in the Ultimate.

Thanks,Mike

When will they hit the HS? I guess the AXI-2208/34 & 10-4.7 apc will do the trick?

I'd use an outrunner. The 370 (B20) sized inrunners are a little heavy for the Tensor. Therer are new E-Flite 370 outrunners coming around the same time as the Tensor.

Those outrunners look almost identicle to the AXI outrunners. Except they chose a better color and the edgest look smoother... Cant wait to see a shootout between these and the 2208 series...

The E-Flite outrunners are also considerably less costly, and they come with the mount and prop adapter.

Mike, when are the tensors supposed to be available? also, which micro jr servo would you recommend, what speed control, and what lipo battery would be the ticket?

We hope to have the Tensors out in late November. I use the JR 281 servo. Castle Creations Phoenix 10 speed control. Thunder Power 730 2-cell is best for flight performance indoors. outdoors the 1320 2-cell is better.

Mike, is the outrunner equivilent to the axi 34 that I have? thats what I got on the shock flyer now, but like the prices better on the outrunners.

We have 2 new Outrunners. One is 1080kv that is equivelant to the AXI 34 and also a 1360kv that is more like the Axi 26.
