Default Getting rid yellowing on white film?

I have a old ARF covered with film. It has yellowed on part of the wing.. it is white. Anyone know a good way to bring back the original color? I tried a few things but the only thing I found so far is Acetone. It does a fast job but leaves the finish dull.. would be a big polishing job.

thanks

If the covering is that old, it's time to strip it off and redo it. Monokote is a temporary covering anyway.
