Default Smoke system, what am I doing wrong?

OK, this is my problem here. I have a super chipmunk powered by an OS fs 91. I have been trying to get a smoke system going, but the results are not what I was hoping for.
I have a 6oz tank with 3 lines...one for pick up, one for pressure, one for filling.
I did wrap a copper tube around the header, 6 turns around the header, this provides plenty of heat.
Use neoprene lines. On the muffler, I have another pressure fitting for the smoke fluid tank.
I did put a restrictor that can be adjusted and a device to pinch the line to shut off smoke fluid with a servo.
The smoke fluid I use is Super DRi. I know it works as I tried it directly from a furl bulb to the preheater coil..Lots of dense smoke at all RPM range...lots of mess on the ground also.
When the system is hooked, I have very poor result, more like a rich mixture, but it is also messy.
All the tests were done with plane tethered to the ground
I have heat, I have pressure, but no smoke, well very fainted smoke, and mostly at lower rpm.
I does not seem to make a difference between restriction or not
WHAT DID I DO WRONG?
any body can help me here?

One way (check) valve in the smoke oil line going to the muffler? Could be muffler pressure working against your smoke oil flow.

It appears to me that you have very little, if any, differential pressure to move the smoke fluid. You are using muffler pressure to move the smoke fluid against the same muffler pressure. You might try using crankcase pressure to pressurize the tank. It is usually higher than muffler pressure. Good luck.

make sure your tap in your muffler is not in the wide part of the muffler. Best place to tap the muffler for the least resistance is as near the engine as possible.
