Does anyone make a thin odorless CA? I apparently have just developed an allergy (not sure how that happens). Its seems all of the odorless are medium viscosity.

Funny how it happens. I get flu symptoms for about 10 days if I use the regular stuff. In Canada we get the "Flash" brand of CA in odourless superthin and medium. I will say it's not instant like the regular CA. It takes longer for it to set up. At least twice the price of regular CA so I've switched to polyurethane and yellow carpenters glue as much as possible.

Bob Smith Industries makes a thin CA.

I just bought some at my LHS and it is slooooow to bind.

I was trying to CA the wing center after I glassed it, and the oderless stuff wouldn't cure. Waited for maybe three minutes.

Either it was old, or oderless CA takes longer.

Anyone know?

NHP makes odorless thin CA. It does take a bit longer to setup than the regular stuff. I really like it, no more nasty fumes.

The brand we can get around hre is called U.F.O and I think it's put out by Satellite City, but can't remember. It costs about 3 times as much as regular CA and, as everyone else said, doesn't fire off quite as quick (unless you're gluing your fingers together... Don't ask) But, it does work. This is the only thing I've found that I'm allergic to. Maybe God's trying to tell me something. I'm thinking that it's that I should just buy ARFs.

It's really weird, for the first time today, while I was building, my nose got very runny and I started sneezing. It stopped an hour or so after I left the garage....but I'm thinking it's the CA. I might use a mask...but that seems like a PITA.

I don't care how much it costs......I can't be "assembling" no ARF's! JK

Have you thought about rigging up a fume extractor? Could be done with a shop vac and a long hose, with some sort of arm to position the nozzle near the glue joint! And a remote switch to turn it on and off. I had something similar for welding in an inclosed space once upon a time.

I personal position a small fan 90 deg to my work table to push the fumes away from me.
