I am building a corsair with a sliding canopy. I made the rail for the canopy out of Styrene plastic. What glue can I use to glue butyrate canopy to the styrene rail. I have tried bondene and other solvent glues but they don't hold.

How to fix a broken needle valve:
1- Remove needle valve from engine
2- Hold it in your right hand (or left hand if you're not right handed)
3- Throw it as far as you can
4- Buy a new one and install it (they're really inexpensive)
(Or you may try soldering it)

Use RC-56 Canopy glue. Goes on white, dries clear and bonds almost anything to anything.

The amount of knowlege and experience available over the internet is impressive!
Just ribbing you. Great advice on the needle valve issue. Spend your time on another area of your model and enjoy the hobby.
