Is it ok to use digital servos with a E-flite ESC? I read on the site saying that digital servos drawn too high of a current for the ESC which will cause failure. Is that true or can I just go ahead and use digital micro servos?

depends on which ESC, which servos, and how many servos....
I use digi's all the time in electrics, but it was to remain within the specs of the ESC..

Well i Ordered the 40A Eflite ESC, Futaba S3157 Servos (4). I was going to power the whole system with the ESC. Possible conflicts?

That ESC does not specify that it has a SWITCHING MODE BEC, ( something the manufacturer would tout as a big selling point! )...
As such even with the "dual regulators" I would not push it with digital servos.
You can easily and cheaply install a separate BEC to power the electronics.
