Hi Rocketman love your bench on wheels, can't wait to get my shed up. One of those will be the first thing that goes in!

This is not a competition, please participate.

A friend of mine has a very small shop, but it is so nice , a little get away from it all,

1wolf's shop is a dream for most of us but he would be the first to tell you, a shop is a shop and your little getaway.

Thanks Roger! Most guys use mine as a place to show their wives and say "see Honey I'm not near as ate up as this guy":D Some of the smaller shops have the best ideas especially for space saving and storage ideas. Most all of the earlier posts have an idea or two I would like to use. This hobby is like expand a foam It will fill any given space! As for a hobby tailskid The planes are still the hobby. The Job is cleaning all that shop!;)

Seriously, dude, I haven't seen factories on the Discovery channel that looks as stocked as your shop. THAT IS ONE AWESOME SHOP!!!!! I wish I had one like that, mine is only 11 x 27. Man, that thing is a beast! Is it part of your house or stand alone?

GREAT SHOP!

DD
Yeah, I saw this shop and it reminded me of the Mythbusters shop. I won't bother posting my shop pics either because I'M NOT WORTHY!!!....

That was just a little attempt at humor on my part. I actually have a nice little 16x20 workshop. The only problem is, I have so much junk that I have to build my airplanes on the dining room table. [X(] My better half doesn't complain too much...well ok-she does, but I can't hear it over my dremel:D

Here's mine. I'm just back into this after many years. Sorry about the dirty camera lens.

First photo is of the bench only.

Second photo shows where the bench is located, in the warehouse.

B-24 being built. A-26 kit just arrived.
Nice FC TII!

Right now im only working off of a table i found that someone was throwing out. Its only 4x8, so its pretty cramped. We are in the process of building my new room in the basement and i got permission to make half of it a workshop, so im pretty physicked! So expect plenty of pictures when its done!

sowega flyer,
I was thinking about deleting my post from earlier in the thread.

1wolf,
You have certainly posted the workshop for the rest of us to dream about.
BTW, nice planes too !!

I actually was thinking about deleting mine. This is a great thread and I don't want to be the squeaky wheel.

[X(]!

Don't even THINK about deleting ANYTHING based on what I say- I sometimes forget that humor/sarcasism doesn't really carry well over the 'net. I meant it to be a compliment!:D Yours is the ultimate workshop that I dream about having for myself one day (I have quotes from building manufacturers for a 30x40 with a roll- up door:D) Sorry about the confusion, 1wolf-RCU, but if you delete it that would make me the squeaky wheel![:o]

Well said. My daughter calls my shop the "Spouse avoidence zone" LOL

We all need that special place where we can recharge our batteries ( pun intended) and face the world on Monday AM.

And do I see some kits 'stored' in the upper left ??? If so, which ones?

flynte 01-21-2007 02:57 PM

RE: Let's see your work shop!

Just an extra wing kit for the Kadet Senior, going to turn it into a twin engine in the future. The rest is just plan and balsa storage. Next kit I'm looking at building will probably be the Sig Citabria
